Werlabs Client Solutions/B2B Sales

Werlabs is a health tech company providing health analysis via blood testing. We are building next-generation healthcare web and mobile applications that have an impact on people's health and now we are looking for a B2B Sales person to expand our sales team to meet the ever growing demand. You’ll work with our Swedish team to help solve widespread health problems in companies throughout Sweden and to bring in revenue. You will help us craft a winning strategy for 21st century healthcare.

You will have large responsibilities from day one. What you do will have actual impact on our users and Werlabs as a company. Your opinions and ideas will matter.

This role is based in Stockholm

What we’re looking for

A business development professional who is highly motivated - a doer, who is willing to take responsibility for building part of our Swedish sales funnel. You have a flexible mind-set combined with the passion to change healthcare through consumer-driven technology solutions. Your working style is entrepreneurial and with a hands-on approach towards problem solving. And you enjoy working in a collaborative team solving big problems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales funnel from value framework to final contract and deployment plan
  • Live the why blood testing, why Werlabs and why now!
  • Establish and lead account vision and strategic growth plan for book of business
  • Test and develop account plans, including quarterly business reviews
  • Achieve revenue growth targets for book of business
  • Be a trusted consultant to high value clients and help them adopt our products to maximize their employees wellness
  • Develop deep product expertise with an ability to collect and synthesize meaningful feedback to drive product roadmap
  • Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders
  • Analyze data and insights to guide scaled strategy and implementation of a successful wellness program
  • Work and collaborates with diverse group of internal cross functional teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent Swedish and English
  • 4+ years professional experience in technology sales or account management
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with senior executives
  • Ability to explain new product ideas and processes to business decision makers
  • Ability to translate actions plans and communications
  • Experience meeting objectives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Phone presence and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel ~25% of the time
  • BA/BS degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications

  • Public speaking experience
  • Healthcare experience
